Product use

This product is widely used in: pickling and painting process in automobile manufacturing; electrolyte conveying in non-ferrous gold smelting; gas water, wastewater treatment and acid addition in ionic membrane caustic soda project.

Applicable temperature:-20°C~100°C.

Design features

HE(D) type centrifugal pump is a derivative of HE type centrifugal pump, which is developed to meet the requirements of HF centrifugal pump and the eye system of the working place.

The overflow parts are made of air-fai material or fluorine plastic alloy, with wide range of corrosion resistance;

The base body is made of metal, with strong pressure-bearing capacity;

The shaft seal is made of advanced WB2-type externally mounted corrugated pipe mechanical seal, with stable sealing performance;

The short bracket is directly connected to the structure, and the impeller shaft and the motor shaft adopt the stable Mo’s taper to transfer the torque, so that the pump machine occupies a small floor space.

Part of the accessories and their materials can be selected according to different work sinks.

Structural description

1、The pump adopts short bracket direct connection structure, the impeller shaft and the motor shaft use threaded rod locking.

2、Impeller and mechanical seal at the shaft is a one-piece structure, its and the motor shaft use Mo’s taper to transfer the torque.

3、Shaft seal adopts WB2 type externally mounted corrugated pipe mechanical seal.

4、Overhaul maintenance, replacement parts need to dismantle the protective cover at the back of the motor.

5、The main shaft of the supporting motor is special hollow shaft, and the motor type is B35 type motor.
