Machining
Our company has a large-scale machining workshop with 20 machine tools such as CNC vertical lathe, horizontal lathe, drilling machine, milling machine, digital floor boring machine, etc., with a total processing capacity of 300 tonnes/month.
mould
With various types of large mould frames and advanced aluminium alloy moulds, Also equipped with advanced EPC casing production line to meet special requirements for casting, OEM and machining with standard drawings.
Heat Treatment
The heat treatment workshop has 3 heat treatment furnaces with a capacity of 60 cubic metres and a large furnace volume of 5100L*4600W*1560H (mm).
Casting
Has 8 sets of medium frequency electric furnaces. The weight of a single casting is about 20 tonnes, and the annual output is about 8,000 tonnes.
Quarantine
With professional chemical laboratory, physical laboratory and measuring room,metallographic analysis, hardness testing and ultrasonic testing.
