This product is widely used in the following processes: pickling and painting in automobile manufacturing, electrolyte conveying in non-ferrous metal refining, ammonia in ionic membrane caustic soda project, wastewater treatment and acid addition. Applicable temperature:-20°~150°.

Standardised design

Centrifugal pumps are designed and manufactured in accordance with international standards and national standards. The performance, rated performance points and dimensions are equivalent to international standards | S02858.

Specialised stripping lining process

The pump body and cover are made of metal (HT200) lined with gas plastic, and the impeller is made of metal insert (WCB) wrapped with gas plastic alloy. Advantages: wide range of corrosion resistance, high strength, durable.

Two kinds of sealing structure

This series of pumps adopts two kinds of sealing methods: single-end mechanical seal and double-end mechanical seal, which can be selected according to the specific working conditions.

Structure description
1. Pump inlet caliber <150mm specification products.
(1)Impeller and mechanical seal at the shaft is a one-piece structure, its and the pump shaft using Morse taper transmission torque, the impeller structure without impeller nut, sealing points less, in addition to mechanical seal only in the pump body and pump cover at the formation of a sealing surface.
(2) In the structure of the product, there are some models with oil lubrication bearings, bearing box need to add oil (specific models, please consult our relevant technical staff), the rest of the specifications of the product with grease lubrication bearings, no need to add oil.
2. Pump inlet caliber more than 150mm specifications of the product.
(1)The impeller and pump shaft adopt separate structure, a sleeve is set at the mechanical seal, an impeller nut is set at the front end of the impeller, and the key is used to transfer torque between the impeller and the pump shaft.
The shaft sleeve can be disassembled and replaced to reduce the maintenance cost.
(2) Low-speed motor (1450r/min), bearing box adopts oil lubricated bearings, the bearing box needs to add 46# oil. 3. The conventional configuration of this type of product coupling is claw-type coupling or set of plunger pin coupling, the company can configure the diaphragm coupling according to the user’s needs.
