Structure and working principle

Structure:

Pump body and cover: Usually made of metal material, the outer surface is treated with anticorrosion treatment, and the inside is lined with fluoroplastic (such as PTFE) to improve corrosion resistance.
Magnetic drive system: The pump is equipped with an external magnet and an internal magnet outside the pump, which transmits power through magnetic force, avoiding the mechanical sealing parts of traditional pumps, thus realizing the characteristic of zero leakage.
Dynamic impeller: Due to the magnetic drive, the dynamic impeller is directly connected to the pump shaft, and the rotation of the impeller drives the liquid movement.

Working principle:

Starting and running: After the external motor starts, the pump shaft is driven through the coupling, so that the pump shaft drives the dynamic impeller to rotate.
Suction medium: The medium sucked in by the pump enters the pump through the suction port at the bottom of the pump body.
Magnetic transfer and push the medium: the pump shaft drives the dynamic impeller to rotate under the action of external and internal magnets, pushing the medium along the pump body flow to the outlet.
Discharge medium: The medium is discharged through the outlet at the top of the pump body and continues to be transported downstream.
Characteristics
