Structure and working principle

Structure characteristics:

Pump body: usually consists of metal casing and lined fluoroplastic (such as PTFE), the lined fluoroplastic can effectively resist corrosion.

Magnetic drive: the pump transmission adopts magnetic coupling, through the external drive mechanism (such as motor) to drive the outer magnetic cover, the internal magnet and the outer magnetic cover realize the transmission through magnetic coupling, avoiding the problem of shaft sealing of traditional pumps, thus eliminating the possibility of leakage.

Working Principle:

When the external motor drives the outer magnetic cover to rotate, the internal magnet will rotate with it, and the rotational force will be transferred to the impeller of the pump through magnetic coupling.

When the impeller is rotated by the force, the medium is sucked in and pushed to the outlet to complete the pumping process.

The sealing of the pump is ensured by the principle of magnetic coupling, without the need for mechanical seals in traditional pumps, so the inside of the pump body is completely closed, avoiding the risk of liquid leakage.
