Fluorine plastic alloy centrifugal pump use precautions

1、Centrifugal pumps are strictly prohibited from idling, the minimum flow rate when the pump is running: the highest efficiency point 30%~35%.
2、Can be conveyed with a small number of particles and knotted products of the medium (solid content ≤ 10%), prohibited the conveyance of a large number of bubbles (permissible limit: gas content < 5%) of the medium.
3, the medium temperature change should be controlled within 40 ℃, too high temperature rise / fall may lead to damage to pump parts.
Installation
1、The pump should be installed and fixed on a stable foundation, free from other mechanical vibration. The weight of the foundation itself is more than 3 times of the mechanical weight, and the area must be larger than the base. The pump unit should be placed on the foundation, and a liner should be laid between the base and the foundation. Enough space should be reserved around the pump for pump repair and maintenance.
2、When installing the inlet pipeline, there should be no upward bending in the middle of the pipeline, so as not to produce air pockets in the pipeline and affect the performance of the pump.
3、When installing the pump, the pipeline connected with the pump should be cleaned, the import and export pipeline should be supported separately, and the weight of the pipeline should not be supported on the pump.
4, the pump is used in the suction condition, the pump outlet must be equipped with export valves: pumps used in the backflow condition, the pump import and export must be equipped with valves. The inlet and outlet of the pump try to install piping compensator, in order to facilitate maintenance.
Start
1、After the pipeline installation, connect the power supply. Suction condition, the pump will be filled with the liquid to be transported; pouring condition, open the inlet valve to supply the liquid source, check whether the pump rotates flexibly by pointing, and whether the direction of steering and pump steering indicator is the same as the direction of the label.
2、Firstly inject lubricant into the bearing box of the pump with oil lubrication bearings to the horizontal center position of the oil mark. In order to keep the oil clean and good lubrication, new oil should be replaced regularly. In general, after every 1500 hours of operation, to update all the oil change once, lubricating oil should choose N46 mechanical oil.
3, the outlet valve will be closed, you can start the pump (i.e., shut down the valve to start), and then adjust the outlet valve, so as to achieve the specified flow range.
4, the unit test run 5 ~ 10 minutes, such as no anomalies can be put into operation.
Operation
1, should always check the temperature rise of the pump and motor, bearing temperature rise should not be greater than 40 ℃, the limit temperature is not greater than 90 ℃, for the B-class insulation motor, ambient temperature of 40 ℃ when the maximum temperature rise of 90 ℃, the allowable limit temperature of 130 ℃.
2、Strictly prohibited to take the method of closing or adjusting the inlet valve to control the flow, to avoid causing damage to the impeller and other parts.
3、When the head of the pump unit is smaller than the rated head of the pump, the outlet valve must be closed down so that the flow rate reaches the rated value. If the outlet valve is fully open, the flow rate will be larger than the rated value, and the motor is easy to be overloaded and unsafe when running at this parameter point.
4, in the process of operation, such as abnormal sound or other faults, need to stop immediately to check, to remove the fault before continuing to run.
Shutdown
1、When shutting down, close the outlet valve first, and then cut off the power supply.
Close the inlet valve.
3、Keep the exterior of the pump and the environment clean. When flushing with water, the motor should be prevented from moisture, and the water on the pump should be wiped off with a cloth after flushing.
4, pumps such as outdoors, should take rain measures to prevent the motor from burning after moisture.
5、After shutting down, if the ambient temperature is lower than the solidification temperature of the conveying medium, the liquid inside the pump should be released to prevent freezing and cracking.
6、When the pump is shut down and not used for a long time, the power supply should be cut off, the pump should be cleaned and flushed with clean water, especially the sealing parts should be flushed carefully and the import and export of the pump should be closed and properly stored.
