Design features

CQ type magnetic drive pump (referred to as magnetic pump) is a new product that applies the working principle of permanent magnetic coupling to centrifugal pump, with reasonable design, advanced technology, full seal, no leakage, corrosion resistance and other characteristics, and its performance reaches the advanced level of similar foreign products.

Stainless steel magnetic pump to static seal instead of dynamic seal, so that the pump flow parts in a completely sealed state, a complete solution to the mechanical seal of other pumps can not be avoided running, bubbling, dripping of the ills.

Magnetic pumps use corrosion-resistant, high-strength stainless steel as the manufacturing material, so it has good corrosion resistance, and can make the conveyed medium from pollution. Design pressure:0.6MPa Flange standard:HG/T20592-97

Precautions before use

It is strictly prohibited to take the method of closing or adjusting the inlet valve to control the flow rate, so as to avoid damage to the impeller and other machine parts.

1、The magnetic pump is prohibited from idling, and the minimum flow rate should be controlled at 35% of the design point when the pump is running.

2、If vapor corrosion occurs when the pump is running, it must be shut down within one minute.

3, it is recommended that continuous operation; often on / off the opportunity to lead to a significant decline in the life of the pump. If intermittent use is required, do not turn on/off the pump more than 5 times in 1 hour.

4, the medium temperature change should be controlled within 45 ℃, too high temperature rise / drop may lead to pump parts (such as shafts, bearings) damage.

5、If there is a sudden power failure when the pump is running, the power must be turned off immediately and the outlet valve must be closed.

6、The noise of the pump is ≤85 dB.

Startup and operation

1、Pre-fill the pump with the medium to be conveyed, and after the installation of pipeline, turn on the power supply, and then check whether the pump is running flexibly and whether the direction of steering is the same as that indicated by the indication of the direction of steering.

2、Close the outlet valve, you can start the pump (valve start), and then adjust the outlet valve, so that the pump reaches the specified flow range.

3、Trial operation of the unit for 5~10 minutes, if there is no abnormality, the unit can be put into operation.

4、When shutting down, close the outlet valve first, and then cut off the power supply.
